Profile: Solid expertise in the Quality Area, including Food safety, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Process development, compliance / regulatory and full Quality System, acquired in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies (Pfizer, Cadbury Adams, L’Oréal, Boticario Group);Responsible for operations and teams to develop and standardize processes, GMP, best practices, establish and manage Quality and performance KPIs; Quality Leadership member – establishing, aligning and communicating the Quality policies and strategy, objectives and targets to the teams; Technical responsible at Anvisa to assure GMP compliance in Brazilian sites; Managing global and regional corporate assessments. Coordination of actions to assure conformities in terms of regulatory issues, validations, capabilities, qualifications and risk mitigations of equipment and processes, including in CM´s and to attend governmental GMP regulations and standards in Latin America, Excellent relationship across internal and external partners. Training: HACCP leader assessor, ISO-9000 auditor, GMP auditor, CEP / SPC , Non Quality Costs management, Project management , team management; Training in other countries: Quality System , Quality tools, methodologies and processes of production (France, Spain, Wales, Germany , Belgium);Team Advanced Management (England).
