She has played a significant role in establishing quality systems and laboratories for global pharmaceutical giants like AstraZeneca and GSK. Her accomplishments include supporting the establishment of AstraZeneca's Worldwide Audit group in Asia, managing Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), conducting audits in compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing training on Quality Culture and Data Integrity. She also served as the Site Quality Head at GSK India Pharmaceuticals Ltd., where she led Quality and compliance strategies.
