Inc., and as President of Proactive Consulting Inc. in Japan, I have conducted extensive audits globally. My expertise spans GLP, GMP, GCP, and pharmacovigilance, with a focus on preclinical and clinical audits, vendor evaluations, and regulatory compliance. I've provided training on Japanese GXP requirements and collaborated on global guidelines. Recent international auditing includes GCP audits in Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and the United States, and GMP audits in the US. I hold a degree in Industrial Chemistry from Miyazaki University and am a registered management consultant. My memberships include RQA, SQA, and JSQA.
